Speaking of the Instant Pot, which is all the rage, and was created in Ottawa, here’s a Coconut Rice recipe, a Facebook group  devoted to all things Instapot & recipes on their site. Chocolate Espresso Pudding Cake or Yogurt anyone? What can’t this thing do? Oh yea, and there’s an APP for that.
